wpc_aboutWelcome to WPC! We are glad you have found us and invite you to explore more about our community in Westhampton Beach, NY.

Westhampton Presbyterian Church is located just South of Montauk Highway on Meeting House Road between Westhampton Beach and Quogue, New York.

During the year worship is every Sunday morning at 10:00 AM.
Children’s Sunday School and Youth Groups are offered at approximately 10:20 AM (dismissed from Worship) each Sunday morning except as noted on our event calendar.

Summer worship hours begin Father’s Day and continue through Labor Day with two services offered:
A 9:00 am worship takes place at the Quogue Chapel located on the corner of Beach Lane and Quogue Road in Quogue; it is followed by a 10:15 am worship in the WPC sanctuary at the 90 Meeting House Road location.

Welcoming and affirming, this congregation is a member of the Presbytery of Long Island, in the Synod of the Northeast, of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Through these governing bodies the members of the Westhampton Presbyterian Church join with Christians everywhere in the work of Christ’s Church.

From the Pastor

Welcome to our website and to the Westhampton Presbyterian Church! Please take a moment to explore more about our mission, ministry and programs. I invite you to come and join us for worship and participate in any of our programs that might suit your spiritual needs and calling. Ours is not only a very friendly, but also a totally open church.  All of God’s children are welcome here.  All you need to bring is a love of God and a desire to grow in your faith and understanding of what it means to follow Christ.

Just as our roots go deep into American history, so also are our theological and spiritual roots both deep and wide. This is reflected in the mission and ministry of our congregation as evidenced by the vibrancy of our worship, our programs and our commitments.  Every age group will find something of interest happening here, and the East End Hospice, which is now housed in a new facility down the street from us, was started right here in this church.  During the winter months, our church is host to Maureen’s Haven, which serves the homeless population; and community groups meet here throughout the week.

Our 10:00 a.m. worship service is traditional in form and features one of the best church choirs on Long Island.  Our children are dismissed to Church School after the Children’s Sermon, and our youth also meet together on Sundays.  We have classes for adults as well as for children and youth.

We are well off in God always,

Rev. Vanessa Winters, Pastor
